So tonight I was sitting at home, as per the usual, when we spotted on WGBH 44, when my mom found America's Test Kitchen was on at 7:30 pm, and they were doing Croissants and Crepes. My mom loves croissants, so we decided in lieu of our usual Jeopardy! to watch America's Test Kitchen.
They looked so freaking delicious.
And now I think I need to learn more about French pastries.
